InovaAnytime lets you meet with an Inova primary care provider after hours – right from your smartphone, tablet or computer.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 5 p.m. – 8 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 24 hours a day and holidays

What we treat
If you are experiencing non-emergency symptoms or have a concern you’d normally take to your primary care doctor, we can help. If your needs require in-person or emergency care, we’ll guide you to the right next step.
Some examples of conditions we treat:
- Cough or sore throat
- COVID-19 or flu symptoms
- Gout
- Nausea, diarrhea or constipation
- Pink eye or stye
- Respiratory infections
- Sinus infections
- Skin rash
- Urinary tract infections
How it works
- When your regular primary care office is closed, InovaAnytime is open – so you’re never left without support.
- We’re staffed by Inova advanced practice providers and registered nurses.
- If you have access to a smartphone, tablet or a computer with a reliable internet connection, camera and microphone, you can meet an Inova expert over video from the comfort of your home.
- Currently, InovaAnytime is available to our established primary care patients who are physically located in Virginia at the time of their virtual visit.
- Normal virtual visit billing processes apply. An after-hours virtual visit is billed the same way as a virtual visit during regular office hours.
- If you have access to a smartphone, tablet or computer with a reliable internet connection, camera and microphone, you can meet an Inova expert over secure MyChart video visit from the comfort of your home. Don't have MyChart? We'll send a secure link to your phone.
