We can help with many non-emergency illnesses and health concerns. If you need in-person or emergency care, we’ll guide you to the right next step.

- COVID-19 or flu symptoms

- Nausea, diarrhea or constipation
- Pink eye or stye
- Respiratory infections
- Sinus infections
- Skin rash

How it works
- Currently available to established Inova primary care patients who are physically located in Virginia during their visit.
- When your regular primary care office is closed, InovaAnytime is open.
- Meet with an Inova advanced practice provider or registered nurse.
- Use a smartphone, tablet or computer with a reliable internet connection, camera and microphone to connect through a secure MyChart video visit. Don't have MyChart? We'll send a link to your phone.
- Normal virtual visit billing applies. After-hours virtual visits are billed the same way as virtual visits during regular office hours.
