Inova is pleased to share the “Call for Offers” for the sale of its Seminary Road parcels. Construction began on the new Inova Alexandria Hospital at West End in fall 2024. Upon completion of the new Inova Alexandria campus in 2028, the Seminary Road parcels, which encompass the current hospital, will be decommissioned. Inova rezoned the property to RB-Townhouse following extensive work with the community and Alexandria City Council in June of 2021. Work continues on the new campus, with completion scheduled for 2028. Use the link below to submit a request to receive the Call for Offers document.
