Inova began construction on the new Inova Alexandria Hospital campus at WestEnd in fall 2024 following extensive work with the community and Alexandria City Council. As construction progresses, with completion scheduled for 2028, we are pleased to now share this “Call for Offers” on how the current Seminary Road property might evolve once the hospital relocates. Due to the proprietary nature of some of the information, please understand that we must limit access to builders with a proven record for community engagement and placemaking.
