Amanda joined Inova Physical Therapy at the Springfield Center location in 2013 and has more than 6 years of experience. She worked for a private outpatient orthopedic clinic prior to working for Inova. Amanda's career path has been led by her desire to help others while serving the needy in the local community and abroad.

She has improved her skills and knowledge through continuing education courses in myofascial technique, manual therapy, current surgical procedures, and management/treatment for patients with Parkinson's disease. She integrates these manual techniques into her treatments to help the patients reach their optimal goals and has treated a wide age range from pediatrics to geriatric populations for both orthopedic and neurological conditions.

She has apassion for orthopedic sports medicine and pediatrics. She also enjoys incorporating Pilates based interventions into the treatments. In her spare time she enjoys watching college football, traveling, spending time with family, and playing tennis.
