About Aubrey Massmann, DO

Dr. Aubrey Massmann is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine and fellowship-trained in sports medicine. She joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 2021.

Dr. Massmann completed her family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship training at VCU – Inova Fairfax Family Practice. She specializes in treating musculoskeletal conditions using a combination of musculoskeletal ultrasound, ultrasound-guided procedures and osteopathic manual therapy to help manage pain and support recovery.

Her areas of clinical interest include early detection and symptom management of autoimmune diseases, arthritis, hypermobility spectrum disorders and women’s health in exercise and sports. Committed to a patient-centered approach, Dr. Massmann works with individuals of all activity levels to achieve their health and wellness goals.
