Dr. Blair Allais is a specialty care physician board certified in dermatology at Inova Health System. She joined Inova in 2023 and has been practicing since 2019.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Allais completed a dermatology residency at George Washington University in Washington, DC, where she served as chief resident. Dr. Allais has a special interest in the diagnosis and management of skin related side effects from anti-cancer therapies. She prioritizes collaborating with oncologists in a multidisciplinary fashion in order to improve outcomes, and most importantly, decrease suffering related to skin diseases in cancer patients.
