Brynn Farlow is a certified registered nurse practitioner. She joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing as a nurse since 2018.

Prior to joining Inova, Brynn was a lead advanced practice provider for community primary care at GW Medical Faculty Associates Primary Care – West End in Washington, DC.

Brynn’s clinical areas of interest include primary care conditions such as diabetes, HTN, COPD/asthma. She also has interests in infectious disease management for patients living with HIV and hepatitis B&C and women’s health care, particularly around family planning and postpartum care.

Brynn has spent a lot of her career working in inner city Baltimore and downtown DC, caring for patients of a variety of socioeconomic statuses and continues to enjoy the unique challenges that come with those patients. She particularly enjoys being able to care for the whole family. Her patient care philosophy is to view her patient and herself as one team and equal partners in achieving health care goals. Her own goals are to improve the patient’s understanding of health conditions, achieve good control of chronic conditions, and help patients feel positive about their own health and feel well-equipped to manage it.

In her free time, Brynn enjoys being a Hokies (Virginia Tech) sports fan.
