Casey Odom is a family nurse practitioner with nearly two decades of experience. She joined Inova in 2026 and has been practicing since 2007. In addition to her diverse clinical background, Casey is an oncology-certified nurse.

Prior to joining Inova, Casey was a family nurse practitioner at UVA Health Internal Medicine in Manassas, VA, where she cared for a wide range of adult patients and managed acute and chronic conditions.

Casey is deeply passionate about preventive medicine, believing that proactive health management is the foundation of long-term wellness. She focuses on empowering patients with the knowledge, tools and support they need to make informed decisions about their health. Her clinical interests include adult and geriatric primary care with a special focus on hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia.

Casey’s patient care philosophy centers on building meaningful, trusting relationships. She listens closely to patients’ goals, promotes healthy lifestyle choices, and prioritizes individualized care. Casey’s mission is to partner with each patient to maintain wellness, prevent illness, manage chronic conditions effectively and ultimately live their best life.

Casey is a proud member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners and is committed to lifelong learning and excellence in clinical practice. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing games and exploring delicious foods from around the world.
