Evangeline Delgado, DNP, FNP-BC, BC-ADM, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and board-certified in Advanced Diabetes Management. She brings more than 10 years of clinical experience to Inova and has a strong passion for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based endocrine care.

Evangeline has particular expertise in diabetes management, insulin pump therapy, thyroid disorders, polycystic ovary syndrome, parathyroid disorders, obesity, and other metabolic health conditions.

Before specializing in endocrinology, Evangeline served as a nurse practitioner with Inova Transitional Care, where she managed recently discharged patients with complex medical conditions, including congestive heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery disease, diabetes, pneumonia, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Her work in transitional care focused on improving continuity of care and reducing hospital readmissions.

Evangeline’s goal is to provide individualized, high-quality, evidence-based care. She strives to build strong partnerships with her patients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident in managing their health.
