Dr. Francis O’Connor is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine and sports medicine. He joined Inova in 2025 and has been practicing since 1985.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. O’Connor was a Medical Director at Uniformed Services University Consortium for Health and Military Performance, Department of Military and Emergency Medicine; Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) in Bethesda, MD; Professor at USUHS; and Professor for the Department of Family Medicine and Rural Health at Florida State University College of Medicine in Tallahassee, FL.
