Gwen Chu is a licensed physical therapist. She joined Inova Health System in 2012 and has been practicing since 2007.

Gwen received her master's in physical therapy from George Washington University in Washington, DC, in 2007 and shortly after received her doctorate in physical therapy from Boston University. Gwen specializes in general outpatient orthopedics and is certified in manual therapy, functional dry needling and the Graston Technique.

Gwen believes in treating the patient as a whole by focusing on the root cause of the dysfunction, rather than just the symptoms, to yield long-lasting results. Gwen continues to pursue continuing education and advanced certifications to provide the best evidence-based practice.
