About Hayley N. McDonnell, NP

Hayley McDonnell is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner. She began practicing as a nurse and joined Inova in 2017.

Prior to her current role, Hayley was a registered nurse for labor, delivery and recovery at Inova Fairfax Hospital, where her passion for women’s health continued to grow. Her clinical interests include preconception counseling, obstetric care, gynecologic health and contraceptive management.

Hayley enjoys caring for women at every stage of life and is committed to providing education and resources that support positive health outcomes. She strives to provide a welcoming and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected and empowered to make informed decisions about their health.

Outside of work, Hayley enjoys strength training, reading, spending time with loved ones and exploring new restaurants.
