About Jennifer O'Neil, MD
Dr. Jennifer B. O'Neil completed her undergraduate education in biology at Pennsylvania State University and earned her medical degree at Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She then completed pediatric residency training at Children's National Medical Center prior to completing a pediatric cardiology fellowship at Emory University/Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She started practicing pediatric cardiology in Virginia and Maryland in 2011.
Her clinical interests include fetal cardiology, outpatient management of complex congenital heart disease and preventive care. She serves as the Associate Director of Inova Fairfax Hospital’s single ventricle program. Dr. O'Neil also is actively involved with resident education at Inova Fairfax Hospital and has faculty appointment at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, participating in medical student education.
In her free time, Dr. O'Neil enjoys exercising, biking, cooking, watching movies, and exploring the outdoors and Washington, DC, area with her husband and two girls.
