Dr. Jocelyn Serrano is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine at Inova Health System. She joined Inova with more than five years of family medicine experience. She was previously in private practice in Haymarket, VA. Dr. Serrano’s interests in medicine lie in the whole family with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, pediatrics, and acute care.

Dr. Serrano was born in New York but has lived in different parts of the world and enjoys meeting people from different walks of life. She values the importance of familial relationships, which is why she decided to specialize in family medicine. Dr. Serrano enjoys treating multiple members of the same family and appreciates each family’s unique culture. In her spare time, Dr. Serrano likes reading, spending time with her family and practicing hot yoga – all of which keep her young in mind and spirit.
