Dr. Moncada Madrazo is a specialty care physician in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2022 as a resident and has been practicing since 2020.

Dr. Madrazo completed her OB/GYN residency at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, VA, where she was honored to serve as academic chief resident. She cared for a wide range of patients throughout Northern Virginia, including many uninsured and under-resourced families, which deepened her commitment to accessible, compassionate care for all.

She has special interests in minimally invasive surgery, including da Vinci robotic-assisted gynecologic procedures, and in providing gynecologic care at every age and stage of life, particularly for pediatric and adolescent patients. She also specializes in high-risk pregnancies, guiding patients through complex obstetric journeys with expertise and reassurance.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Madrazo is passionate about serving a diverse patient community and making sure everyone feels heard and cared for.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog, traveling to new places and staying active.
