About Meredith B. Weber, FNP

Meredith Weber is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience in urology, urogynecology and women’s health. She first joined Inova in 2009, rejoined in 2026, and has been practicing as a nurse since 2009.

Prior to joining Inova, Meredith was a nurse practitioner at The Menopause Center of Northern Virginia in Vienna, VA.

Meredith specializes in the evaluation and management of urologic conditions including kidney stones, bladder dysfunction, urinary incontinence, prostate disorders, and urologic cancers, as well as women’s health concerns such as menopause, pelvic floor disorders, and recurrent urinary tract infections. She is committed to patient-centered, evidence based care and believes in partnering with patients through education and individualized treatment plans that support long-term health and quality of life. Meredith is a certified urologic nurse practitioner and an active member of the American Urological Association, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and the North American Menopause Society.
