About Neda Hashemi, MD

Dr. Neda Hashemi is a specialty care physician board certified in obstetrics and gynecology. She joined Inova in 2002 and has been practicing since 1998.

Prior to her new role, Dr. Hashemi served as the Director of Minimally Invasive Surgery and chairman of the obstetrics and gynecology department at Inova Fair Oaks Hospital. She also owned Centreville OB/GYN and Reston Women’s Center, both in Virginia.

In her free time, Dr. Hashemi enjoys spending time with her children, working out and baking. She is fluent in Farsi and speaks intermediate Spanish.
