About Reagan Quan, MD
Dr. Quan is a board certified vascular and endovascular surgeon with 20 years of clinical experience. He serves as the head of Vascular and Endovascular Surgery at Inova Loudoun Hospital.
Dr. Quan specializes in the treatment and management of complex hybrid aortic reconstruction (using both open and patient-specific customized fenestrated and branched endovascular graft technology), carotid artery surgery and stenting, athletic-related vascular injuries (such as thoracic outlet syndrome and popliteal artery entrapment syndrome), repair of traumatic vascular injuries, dialysis access, blood clot removal, and the treatment of varicose veins.
While serving our country as a U.S. Army Surgeon, Dr. Quan developed an expertise in trauma and vascular surgery. He performed life-saving surgeries on service members injured during combat operations. Dr. Quan continues to serve as an Associate Professor of Surgery at the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences in Bethesda, MD and trains U.S Army vascular surgery fellows. A native of California, Dr. Quan recently moved to Leesburg with his wife and two sons. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his family, SCUBA diving, refining his field/sea-to-table cooking, and teaching wilderness first aid and survival training to kids and teenagers.
