About Rebecca Levorson, MD
Dr. Rebecca Levorson is the Medical Director of Inova Children’s Pediatric Infectious Diseases and is a specialty care physician board certified in pediatric infectious disease and pediatrics at Inova Health System. She received her medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 2004 and completed her residency and fellowship training at Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC.
Dr. Levorson’s clinical areas of interest include congenital infections, fever of unknown origin, tick-borne infections and appropriate use of antibiotics (antimicrobial stewardship).
Dr. Levorson grew up in Louisiana. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking, cooking, and volunteering at her church and daughter’s school.
