About Sara L. Dusing, MD

Dr. Sara Dusing is a primary care physician board certified in family medicine. She joined Inova in 2026 and has been practicing since 2017.

Prior to joining Inova, Dr. Dusing was a family medicine physician at Loudoun Medical Group – Leesburg Sterling Family Practice in Leesburg, VA.

Dr. Dusing enjoys working with patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatrics, and is passionate about caring for multiple generations within families. She is committed to practicing evidence-based medicine and values involving her patients in clinical decision-making. In addition to the broad scope of family medicine, her particular areas of interest include preventive care, pediatrics, women’s health, and travel medicine.

A native of Martinsburg, WV, Dr. Dusing is a Mountaineer at heart. In her free time, she enjoys spending time on her small farm with her husband and daughter, as well as bike riding and flower gardening.
