About WonSeok W. Choi, MD

Dr. Wonseok (William) Choi is a specialty care physician board certified in internal medicine, hematology and oncology. He joined Inova in 2026 and has been practicing since 2020.

Before joining Inova, Dr. Choi completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA.

Dr. Choi’s clinical interests include gastrointestinal cancers such as colorectal, pancreatic, gastric, esophageal, and hepatocellular carcinoma; as well as lung and genitourinary cancers. His goal is to provide competent, compassionate care tailored to each individual.

In his free time, Dr. Choi enjoys traveling and hiking in the DMV area. He is also a big baseball fan, and his favorite team is the Los Angeles Dodgers.
