Weekday Walk-In Clinic for Established Patients

Beginning Monday, April 3 we will offer a weekday walk-in clinic for our established patients. The hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. and 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. Please call the office if you have any questions.

COVID-19 testing & vaccination information for established primary care patients

COVID-19 testing is available for those who are experiencing moderate COVID-19 symptoms. Asymptomatic patients will not be tested. Schedule a virtual visit to determine if testing is needed.

The COVID-19 vaccine and booster are currently available at select Primary Care locations for established patients. Please call your office to confirm vaccine availability. You can also find a vaccination location near you in the community. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have questions about the risks and benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Chronic Care Management Program for Medicare Patients

ChartSpan: An extension of your Inova care team

ChartSpan is a full-service chronic care management program for eligible Medicare and Medicare Advantage Inova Primary Care patients with two or more chronic health conditions. ChartSpan operates as an extension of your Inova care team.

For a minimal monthly fee (co-pay), patients who qualify will have access to:

  • 24/7 nurse toll-free line
  • Care plans and personal care coordinators
  • Assistance with medication refills and appointments
  • Transportation, food, and housing resources

My family and I have been going here for several years, and the staff is always wonderful, service time is prompt and very professional doctors and great hours of operation. They have gone out of their way to get my son's physical worked in for a deadline.
I can't say enough good things about this place. I went in for a physical last month and had a great experience (well as great as a physical can get). Called in and the receptionist was pleasant and found a date and time to fit my schedule. The waiting room was clean and neat. Everyone was nice and friendly. The doc listened to me and made me feel comfortable. They have a lab on site to draw my blood. I got the results on-line and I was sent an email when they were ready! Too cool!
Usually minimal wait times. Knowledgeable Doctors who really care. Friendly. They have their own Phlebotomist so you don't need to go elsewhere to have blood drawn. Have weekday after-hours and Saturday appointments!
