Performance Training Includes:

  • Private training in safe, clean performance gym – trainer will maintain social distancing and wear personal protective equipment
  • Functional movement screen – an in-depth look at how you move to ensure that our coaches put together the most individualized program possible
  • Virtual nutrition consultation with a registered dietitian
  • Customized performance program
  • One-on-one coaching with an EXOS Performance Specialist

Training Sessions

Session Length: 60 minutes

Schedule: Wednesday/Friday (specific times will be arranged with your performance coach)
