To support the safety of our patients and team members, most Inova outpatient offices will close for in‑person visits by 2:00 p.m. on Monday, March 16. We're converting in‑person appointments to virtual visits whenever possible or helping patients reschedule. Inova Saville Cancer Screening and Prevention Center

Our providers will assess each person’s individual cancer risk through a variety of methods including assessing family history, lifestyle choices and environmental exposure. Based on this assessment, we provide a detailed plan for age-appropriate cancer screening and offer the potential to participate in cancer prevention and early detection research. We also offer support in the form of wellness groups, networking, education and prevention programs to anyone who is interested in learning how to decrease their risk of developing cancer.

If you have a family history of cancer, there is a possibility you may be genetically predisposed to developing cancer yourself.
