About Sheila Hautbois, PA

Sheila Hautbois is a licensed, certified physician assistant who completed the master’s program in physician assistant studies at Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, and also has a master’s in public health from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. She is a certified health education specialist and a certified lifestyle educator. Sheila has been working for Inova since 1992, during which time she has provided personalized health coaching and patient education to thousands of individuals. 

Sheila specializes in prevention, treatment and reversal of chronic disease, using the six evidence-based pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, exercise, sleep, stress management, avoidance of risky substances and positive social connection. Sheila offers personal consultations and small group coaching experiences. 

Sheila’s goal is to provide compassionate, holistic care and partner with people on their journeys to becoming their healthiest selves. Her mission is to improve the well-being of clients and communities where she lives and works by providing individualized care and education, engaging in research and lifelong learning, and being a positive role model.

A native of Virginia, Sheila enjoys sightseeing, exercising, reading, fostering kittens, watching musicals and playing the flute.
