Walk-in Services

No appointment is needed for established and new patients with acute problems.

Hours: Monday – Friday (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

  • Bacterial and Viral Illnesses
  • Burns and Rashes
  • Ear Infections and Earaches
  • Flu, Bronchitis, Chickenpox, Food Poisoning, Lyme Disease, Pneumonia, Strep Throat, Upper Respiratory Tract Infections, Shingles
  • General Medical Care
  • Insect Bites and Stings
  • Laceration Repair
  • Sore Throats and Laryngitis
  • Sports Physicals
  • Sprains and Strains

COVID-19 or respiratory visits will be conducted via video visit. Please call us at 703-952-3781 or schedule your video visit via the MyChart patient portal.

Lab Orders & Vaccines – By Appointment Only

We offer advance or same-day appointments, Monday – Friday for:

  • Blood draws for tests that require fasting
  • Urine collection
  • Vaccinations and other injections

Walk-ins not accepted for labs or vaccines. A physician's order is required for these services. Prior to your appointment, we will confirm your physician's order and make sure all information is accurate.

COVID-19 testing & vaccination information for established primary care patients

COVID-19 testing is available for those who are experiencing moderate COVID-19 symptoms. Asymptomatic patients will not be tested. Schedule a virtual visit to determine if testing is needed.

COVID-19 vaccine and booster are currently not available at our Primary Care offices. Find a vaccination location near you. Talk to your healthcare provider if you have questions about the risks and benefits of the COVID-19 vaccine.
