We are here to help you quit
Quitting smoking is one of the most important steps you can take to improve your health. Stopping tobacco use lowers the risk of cancer, heart disease, lung disease, and many other serious conditions. Our program provides comprehensive support, including counseling, behavior therapy, medications, and nicotine replacement options such as patches, gum, lozenges, inhalers, and nasal sprays.
About our program
Our smoking cessation group is co-facilitated by a licensed social worker and a physician experienced in mental health, addiction, and chronic disease management. The program teaches practical coping skills and proven strategies grounded in:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
- Mindfulness practices
We welcome participants who use any form of nicotine—including vaping and smokeless tobacco products. This is a safe, confidential, structured, and non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences, learn techniques to manage cravings, and build a supportive community.
