The inquiry, assessment and referral office of child and adolescent outpatient services may be reached by calling 703-218-8500. Staff will be available to answer questions, schedule assessments and provide referrals.

How to refer
An individual seeking help with child and adolescent outpatient behavioral health services may be referred to Inova Kellar Center by parents, school staff, physicians, mental health professionals, courts, family members or other concerned individuals. Inova Kellar Center provides assessments and evaluation by specifically trained clinicians to ensure placement in the most appropriate level of treatment.
