Injury Prevention

Injury prevention is an important part of treatment for patients at any age. Our sports medicine-certified physical therapists and athletic trainers provide expert counseling and guidance to help patients take care of themselves. In addition, we have physical therapists and athletic trainers certified in Sportsmetrics™, a national ACL injury prevention program.

Injury prevention includes seeking medical attention for an injury before it gets worse, ensuring that equipment and gear fit properly and taking activity breaks. We work with coaches and athletic trainers throughout the community to educate their teams about injury care and prevention. Learn more about our community outreach blue arrow
