Medical House Calls
The Inova Medical House Calls Program is especially designed to bring primary care to homebound patients who are 65 years of age or greater. Our healthcare team – including doctors, nurse practitioners and social workers – offers expert, comprehensive care for patients who have difficulty leaving the home. This primary care team will coordinate your health and wellness program.
Inova Medical House Calls is tailored specifically for patients who:
- Are 65 years of age or older
- Have difficulty leaving home for medical appointments
- Have Medicare, Medicaid, or are uninsured and willing to apply for Inova’s Charity Care program
Outpatient Geriatric Care
Inova Primary Care offers specialized geriatric services at three locations: Oakton, Mark Center, and Old Town. These offices are staffed with board certified geriatricians who are experts in evaluating and managing complex geriatric illnesses.

- Inova Primary Care - Old Town (S. Washington Street, Alexandria)
Inova Home Health provides quality healthcare services, including nursing care, rehabilitation, and personal care, in the privacy and comfort of your home. We can also assist you in obtaining special medical equipment you may need.
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
Inova offers excellent rehabilitation centers conveniently located throughout Northern Virginia that offer varying lengths of stay to accommodate each patient's needs.
Inova Memory Disorders Program
Inova Memory Disorders Program is devoted to the evaluation and treatment of any type of memory loss. A multidisciplinary team of specialists provides a comprehensive approach to diagnosis and care.
ElderLink is a nonprofit partnership between Inova Health System and the Fairfax Area Agency on Aging which aims to promote the well-being, safety, and independence of older adults and caregivers.
