Inova Fit 12-Week Program

Inova Fit Programs are 12-week evidence-based exercise programs designed to assist members to achieve greater overall health and fitness by taking an optimized approach with the intended outcome of fat loss.

 

  • Inova Team Members along with their family members, 15 years and older, are eligible to participate
  • Participants will be placed in small groups (10 people maximum)
  • Attend three exercise sessions per week for 12- weeks
  • The program is supervised by an Exercise Physiologist or certified Personal Trainer
  • Before the program begins, we recommend all participants schedule their Initial InBody Scan and 10-minute assessment the first week.
  • All participants will receive a final InBody scan and assessment at the end of the program.
