Stacey Mann

Initiating healthy movement for everyone, no matter what obstacles might stand in their way, is a passion for Stacey. Beginning her fitness career as a running coach, she discovered that without strength training and proper understanding of movement, people who wanted to love running were getting injured along the way. Inspired by these clients and her youngest son's journey with leukemia, Stacey enhanced her career and her clients' lives by becoming certified as an American Council on Exercise personal trainer, health coach and CETI advanced qualified cancer exercise specialist.

A thirst for knowledge and a love of helping people has pushed her to earn certifications as an Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) group fitness instructor, National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) senior fitness specialist, Precision Nutrition® level 1 coach, a biomechanics corrective exercise specialist and a Girls Gone Strong (GGS) women's coaching specialist. Having experience working with people of all ages and levels of fitness has given Stacey the opportunity to bring safe, effective movement to everyone, regardless of life's challenges. Training with Stacey will ensure that you receive an individualized plan, helping you meet or exceed your goals and have fun along the way!
