Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness & CPR Classes

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is one of the most powerful tools during this pivotal shift in a woman's life. Classes offer expecting mothers a safe, peaceful, supportive environment to connect with oneself and baby, and is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other mothers-to-be.

Yoga helps to alleviate many of the discomforts of pregnancy such as heartburn, nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica.

Prenatal yoga uses postures, breathing, and meditation to help mothers build pelvic floor muscles and maintain flexibility, while gently building strength to prepare for easier labor, delivery and recovery. Our class combines elements of yoga, tai chi, and Pilates to create strength, focus, flexibility and awareness through a gentle practice designed especially for the pregnant woman’s needs.

Classes are gentle and safe for all stages of pregnancy. If experiencing a high-risk pregnancy, please consult with your OB/midwife and the instructor before registering.

Please complete the registration process and details for how to join the live broadcast will be found in your confirmation email.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants will no longer receive the recordings of classes unless you were unable to attend the live class that you have purchased. In such case, you will receive a link to a recording to make up the class on your own time.
